Q.  I forgot my username. What should I do?

A. You may recover your username using this form by entering your email address. You will receive an email with your username and further instructions.


Q. I forgot my password. What should I do?

A. You may reset your password using this form by entering your username. You will receive an email with a new password; after logging in, we suggest that you change the password to one that is both secure and that you will remember.


Q. How do I change my password?

A. After logging in to the website, select the My Account link in the top right section of the header on any page of the website, then click the Change Password link in the left navigation panel. We suggest choosing a password that is at least 8 characters long, uses a mix of numbers, letters, and symbols, and is hard to guess. Please keep in mind that capitalization counts! Do not use "&" and "?" characters. Make your changes, and then click the Submit Changes button to save your new password, which will be applied immediately. Note that changes made here will apply to other ICLUBcentral tools in your account, such as SmallCap Informer , myICLUB.com, StockCentral.com, MyStockProspector.com, and EquityResearchService.com.


Q. How do I change my username?

Q. How do I access the current IAS issue, updates, and alerts on the website?

A. The current issue and complete archives of IAS are available in the Subscribers Only area of the website.


Q. How can I access the IAS subscriber-only area?

A. To access the Subscribers area with the current issue and complete archives of the Investor Advisory Service, click the Subscribers Only link on the menu of any page on the website, and enter your username and password.


Q. How can I access my account information?

A. After logging in to the website, select the My Account link in the top right section of the header on any page of the website. Your expiration date will be listed on the first page of this section as well as a link to renew your subscription. Note that any applicable promotion code may not be included here; please check your last subscription order for details.


Q. What does my subscription include? How often will I receive email alerts?

A. Your subscription includes the monthly issue of the Investor Advisory Service, published on the fourth Friday of each month; Interim Updates published four times a year during "earnings seasons;" and occasional email alerts


Q. How do I cancel my subscription?

A. To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support team directly.


Q. What is the refund policy?

A. If at any time you decide to cancel your IAS subscription, you will receive a prompt refund of the unused portion of your subscription term, no questions asked. The remaining pro rata balance of your subscription will be calculated and automatically refunded to the credit card or sent to you via check (depending on the length of time since your payment was made).


Q. How will the charge for my IAS subscription appear on my credit card statement?

A. Please note that your credit card statement will reflect a charge from ICLUBCENTRAL, the publisher of IAS


Q. I live outside the United States. Can I subscribe?

A. Yes, you can subscribe to IAS even if you do not live outside the U.S. For print subscribers, there is an additional charge for mailing, so an online subscription may be preferable.


Q. Can I get a print subscription to IAS?

A. Yes, IAS is available in both print and online formats. The content is the same no matter which format you choose, and print subscribers have full access to the IAS website. Subscribers to the online edition may add the print edition for an additional cost. Please contact our customer support team directly for assistance.


Q. What digital platforms is my subscription compatible with?

A. The IAS website and financial content can be accessed from any digital device. Issues and updates are published in PDF format; issues, updates, and alerts can be read directly on the IAS website.

Q. What is the automatic renewal policy?

A. We do not store credit card information in any format so we do not offer automatic renewals. You will receive renewal reminders via email and/or by U.S. mail in advance of your subscription expiration date. You can check your current expiration date by selecting the My Account link in the top right section of the header on any page of the website after you have logged in.

Q. What is the investing methodology of the Investor Advisory Service?

A. Our focus is on identifying high-quality, long-term, growth-oriented stock selections. Our goal for each stock recommended in IAS is a doubling in value in five years, from a combination of capital appreciation, dividends, and Price/Earnings ratio expansion. The Investor Advisory Service is an unmanaged advisory service, so subscribers must choose on their own which stocks to buy, as well as when to hold and when to sell. Q. What is the publishing schedule of the Investor Advisory Service?
