Q. What is the refund policy?
A. If you decide to cancel your IAS subscription within the first 30 days, you will receive a prompt refund of the entire subscription minus a processing fee of $24.50, no questions asked. This will be automatically refunded to your credit card or sent to you via check (depending on the length of time since your payment was made).
Q. How will the charge for my IAS subscription appear on my credit card statement?

Q. I live outside the United States. Can I subscribe?
A. Yes, you can subscribe to IAS even if you do not live outside the U.S. For print subscribers, there is an additional charge for mailing, so an online subscription may be preferable.

A. Yes, IAS is available in both print and online formats. The content is the same no matter which format you choose, and print subscribers have full access to the IAS website.
